Q. Do you ship outside of the USA?A. Yes! We ship our bags worldwide. To get a shipping quote, you can add the bag to your cart, and then fill in your info at the bottom of the page. Please be aware that when having an item shipped into your country, Customs may charge you fees before they release your package to you. These fees are in no way related to Kelly Moore Bag. If your bag arrives to you, and you are unwilling to pay the "Customs" or "Brokerage" fees that your countries Customs charges you, we will not be held responsible for returning your bag to us.
Q. What Shipping methods do you offer?
A. You can choose UPS or USPS to ship your items. We offer everything from ground to next day.
Q. How long does it take to get my shipment?
A. This depends on what method of shipping you choose. Most overseas packages shipped via USPS take an average of two weeks or less to arrive. Please keep in mind that when shipping, regardless of the method you choose, UPS does not count the actual ship date OR weekends. For example, if you choose 2 day shipping, and order your bag on a Thursday, you will not receive it until Monday. UPS overnight will be received the next business day. Our bags are shipped from Jacksonville, Florida.
Q. If I order my bag today, when will it ship?
A. If you order your bag before 12:00pm(EST) on Monday – Thursday, your bag will ship the same day. If you place your order after 12:00pm, your bag will ship the next day. Any orders made after 12:00pm on Friday will ship on Monday.

Returns:
At Kelly Moore Bag, we want your experience to be a great one! If for any reason, you are not happy with your Kelly Moore Bag, you can return your product, in perfect condition, within 10 days of receiving your bag.
We only accept returns that were purchased from the Kelly Moore Bag Website, and no other retail location. Prior to returning your product, please contact us at [email protected] to request a return. In this email, include the word, “return” in the subject line, please provide your original order number and detail why you are returning your product.
Once we approve your return, you can return your bag to the address we provide. We will credit your account within 10 business days of receiving your return. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable. All returns are subject to a $15 restocking fee.
Exchanges:
If for any reason, you are not happy with your Kelly Moore Bag, you can exchange your product, in perfect condition, within 10 days of receiving your bag.
We only accept exchanges of bags that were purchased from the Kelly Moore Bag Website, and no other retail location. To request an exchange, please email us at [email protected]. Please include the word, "exchange" in the subject line, as well as your order number.
Once you have been approved for the exchange, you will be responsible for shipping the bag back to the address provided. Once we have received your bag, we will cover the cost of shipping your new bag back to you.
Warranty:
Your Kelly Moore Bag is covered under a general manufacturer's warranty for 1 year from the date of your purchase. This warranty only includes defects in workmanship and manufacturing.
This warranty does not include scratches or tears of the surface of your bag due to misuse or abuse. This warranty does not include the wear of materials that may occur after extended use of the product. This warranty does not cover any loss of equipment or time. If the damage to your Kelly Moore Bag falls within our warranty, we will be happy to replace or repair your bag. We reserve the right to refuse warranty based on customer service discretion. Please note that we ONLY warranty bags purchased from approved retailers. You can see our full list of retailers at the link above.
To submit a warranty claim, please email us at: [email protected]. Include a photo of the damage, where your purchased your bag, your current address and phone number and the serial number found on the inside tag of your bag. If you purchased your bag from the Kelly Moore Bag website, please include your original order number. If you purchased your bag in a retail store, please include a copy of your original receipt.
Bag Cleaning & Care:
As our bags are manufactured with man made materials, there is no need to add protective products to the exterior of your bag. We have found the best way to remove stains from the exterior is to use a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser(use as directed). Please note that the dark ink and dyes in some clothing can stain or transfer to the material of your bag.
Color Variations:
We do our very best to represent the color of our bags as accurately as possible on our website, however, please be aware that factors such as varying screen calibrations and the lighting in which you view your bag can effect the way that your bag looks. It is also possible that bags from different shipments may vary slightly in tone and hue.
